Flagged as unverified for 2026: Allenton's Fohl-Martin American Legion Post 483 has historically held Sunday cemetery rounds the day before Memorial Day (St. Mathias 8:30 AM, St. Peter's 9:00 AM, Sacred Heart 9:30 AM, St. Anthony 9:45 AM, SS Peter and Paul 10:00 AM, Zion 10:15 AM, St. Lawrence 10:45 AM, St. John's 11:15 AM). Last confirmed published schedule was 2020 — the pattern is consistent year-over-year but no 2026 source was found. Recommend a 30-second call to Post 483 to confirm before posting.

Worth flagging — outside the top 10 but useful

Quality + verification notes

Memorial Day weekend coverage is strong — West Bend, Hartford, and Slinger parades all cross-confirmed via Washington County Insider, gmtoday.com, and city pages. Kewaskum and Jackson also have Memorial Day observances; left out of the top 10 only for community variety (Slinger Speedway and Boltonville Rain Days already cover those areas).

Maifest Germantown falls May 15-17 — just outside the 30-day window. Excluded.

EH Wolf race night caveat: Speedway schedule labels the event "May 24" but Saturday of Memorial Day weekend 2026 is May 23 with Sunday May 24 listed as the rain date. Worth a quick call to the speedway before publishing to confirm which is the headline night.

Civic meetings (council, zoning, library board) showed up heavily on the Hartford and Germantown calendars but were filtered out as non-community-facing.
